How do I know my order has been confirmed?
When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it. All registered users can also sign in to “My Account” page on the website and check their recent orders. When do you charge my credit card or deduct from my debit card?
All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before processing your order.

Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Cash on Delivery payment method is applicable only on products that show Cash on Delivery as the shipping method
What happens if creativeartsnframes.com cannot supply me with the product I have ordered?
We make every effort to ensure all items on creativeartsnframes.com are available. But in the rare event that an item you order isn’t available, we’ll let you know and will offer you an alternative product of equal quality and value. In the case, where you don’t like the option or we are not able offer an alternative we will refund you within 10 business days.
Is it safe to provide payment details during the checkout process?
Can I choose a delivery date?
We do not offer a delivery date selection.
What countries do you deliver to internationally?
No, international deliveries for now.
Can I amend my order? (E.g. change the quantity, size or colour)
Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes or amends (i.e. size, colour or quantity).
Can I change my delivery address?
Depending on the product and how recently you have placed your order, you may be able to change your delivery address. You can raise a request for a change in delivery address within 15 minutes of your order being placed by calling our customer service team.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Your order might be automatically cancelled due to one of the below mentioned reasons:
– In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/wrong address- Continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from carrier
For all automatically cancelled orders the two way carrier service and handling charges will be deducted from your card payment, and the balance shall either be refunded or given as a Cart credit. We’ll always write to let you know the specific reason for automated cancellation of your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
From the time, you approve your proof it takes 3-4 business days for production and then 3-7 days for standard shipping or 1-3 days for priority shipping.
How long does it take to receive my free digital proof?
Digital proofs are typically available within one to two business days.
How do I change the shipping or billing address on my order?
Contact us with your order details from your registered order email at [email protected] to change your shipping or billing address.
Where do I input my promotional code/group buying voucher?
Place your order as usual and when you reach the cart page or payment page enter your promotional code in the box labelled “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”.
What do the frames look like?
All the framed prints come fully mounted in the frame and ready to hang on the wall. Unless and otherwise specified frames are polystyrene material.
Is the there an option for matting?
Matting is also offered on framed prints as a 1.5″ border in our acid-free and archival quality mat material that would be on customized basis, for that can contact customer care team.
How do I take the matting into account when measuring for my framed prints?
Matted framed pieces will reduce 3 inches to the height and width of your image.
I’m not happy with the product I received, how do I go about returning it?
Before you return it, let us reprint it for you. Please contact us and let us know difference between your expectation and output. We will try our best to make you happy. If you absolutely want refund, please contact us and we will proceed for refund.
My product has been damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
While we make every effort to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen. Please take pictures of damage and send us. We will ship your order at free of cost.
CARE AND USE
Can I hang my artwork outside?
Although most of our pieces have a UV limiting lamination on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while we use a water-resistant coating it is not 100% waterproof.
Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?
Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.
Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?
All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with gallery-strength piano wire. All you need is a hook/nail in the wall.
What image file types does Creative Arts n Frames accept through its site?
Our website uploader accepts JPEG, TIFF or PNG.
I have an image file type not supported by your uploader (i.e PDF, RAW). What do I do?
Contact us or alternate instructions, we can provide you with a link to upload your artwork.
What is the maximum file size you can accept through your website?
Our website uploader supports files up to 100 MB, if you have a larger file please contact us and we’ll provide you a link to upload artwork.
Can you fix my image if it is pixelated?
No problem, our design artist will work for your requirements.
I would like to change the image that I originally submitted with my order. How do I do this?
Contact us as soon as possible via phone, email or chat and we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send us a new image.
I’m not sure if my image is copyrighted or not, what happens if it is? Will you inform me?
We take copyright seriously and we know sometimes violations are unintentional. If there is a copyright issue with your image one of our representative will contact, you to come up with a solution.
Can I add text to my image?
Yes! Simply explain in the “Advice and Instructions” you can enter your requirement like size, colour, font, location, and of course, the text itself that you would like.
What are your shipping options?
We offer both Standard and Priority Shipping. With Standard Shipping, you will receive your order within 10-14 business days. If you need it in a hurry, select Priority Shipping and your order will arrive within 4 business days of approving your digital proof.

We use BlueDart / FedEx / UPS / DHL.
Do you offer discounts for designers, artists or photographers?
Yes, we do. Contact one of consultants at customer care team.
Why do you charge my credit card before my product has been produced?
We charge your card upon your order. If your image is not suitable or have issue, we shall contact you on your email or your mobile phone with instructions. Because everything we make is custom and produced on-demand, we must bill you in advance before beginning actual work. We will proceed for refund if you cancel your order.
I cancelled my order, why haven’t I seen a refund on my credit card?
It can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to process through your credit card company.
